I am here to help improve your athletic ability, and quality of life through long term fitness planning, workouts, and goals.

I have years of experience as an athlete, and an office worker. I am here for both populations, to bring you to your best physically.
I build on the NASM OPT model, a model that is founded in well rounded, balanced fitness that meets you at your levels and builds and challenges your body when it is ready to meet and sustain a higher level.

Tuesdays at 11:30 PT, a group virtual class covering techniques, stretches, speed and agility, strength and more specifically for people that like to run from 5ks to marathons, to sprinters. This is a 1 hr class.
On Tuesdays at 3:30 PT. This is a one hour group class for adults who play all levels of soccer and all positions. Focus on strength, agility, balance and injury prevention.
Do you have a group of 3 or more friends that would like to train together virtually? Whatever the focus Marq Up Training can tailor a class to your needs. Team rates available for groups over 6 people. Message for more information.

I did 1 week of Virtual GK and Personal Training with Mandi. She walked me through each of the exercises and made sure I was doing it correctly. After just one week I feel better about diving as a GK, and I know how I can improve. I will definitely be doing some more sessions in the near future.
