I come to you, I bring the equipment or teach you how to use what is in your home. I work with anyone age 5- 105. My fitness philosophy is based on sustainability, balance and a well-rounded approach that benefits all ages, abilities and skill levels. I will meet you in your home, or at a park and create a personalized program that helps you meet your goals and keep meeting them for life.
I work in person in the greater Seattle area, or virtually with people everywhere. whether you are just a young kid that needs more exercise, an athlete training for your greatest achievement on the field, or a senior trying to make it another year, I have the tools and experience to help you.

Prices currently range from $40 for virtual to $60-75 /hr depending on location, and type of training. shorter sessions are also available upon request at an abbreviated price. Individual self-training plans are also available if you just need someone to make a program you can do on your own, for $10 / plan.

Combining strength training with my yoga experience I have created a unique yoga program for athletes that don't generally like yoga! Get the benefits of yoga, but in a format that is more familiar and comfortable for those that are less bendy and not so into the zen music flow.

Soccer training and experience: Soccer and GK coach with Girl Boss sports for 3 years, 8 years volunteer and work experience in various capacities with (OL) Reign FC, US Soccer grass roots and 9v9 license, Goal keeper 1 certificate from United soccer coaches. Yoga training: Yoga Renew, Yoga Alliance RYT 200. Over 50 hrs of yoga classes taught.
Experience: I have experience training athletes as young as 5 years old to 50's in soccer, swimming, cross country, figure skating, and running. Personal training for clients from the age of 9 to 83, from general fitness, senior functional fitness, and transitioning people from post PT to regular life, as well as working with people with unique medical conditions. I was a competitive figure skater for two decades, and have a decade of experience in competitive and rec youth soccer and adult rec soccer.

I did 1 week of Virtual GK and Personal Training with Mandi. She walked me through each of the exercises and made sure I was doing it correctly. After just one week I feel better about diving as a GK, and I know how I can improve. I will definitely be doing some more sessions in the near future.

in 2021 we did a month-long fitness challenge for Badbelievers , an international support group for LGBTQ+ people from unsupportive religious backgrounds from all around the world.

As a former figure skater and member of the Bremerton figure skating club, I was happy to work with my old club and young up and coming skaters to provide virtual team trainings for the club during the pandemic.
