In 2019 I did a group training for IRS office workers on how to stay fit in the office and at their desks.
Do you work in an office? With over 10 years experience as a desk worker in an office, I know how to help you improve your fitness while you work! Work from home? Virtual training is also avilalbe. The home office is even harder to stay active than an office.
in 2021 ran a month-long fitness challenge for Badbelievers , an international support group for LGBTQ+ people from unsupportive religious backgrounds from all around the world.

As a former figure skater and member of the Bremerton figure skating club, I was happy to work with my old club and young up-and-coming skaters to provide virtual team trainings for the club during the pandemic.
August 2024 Bremerton Sports Center hosted the very first Marq up Strength for Soccer Camp!
December 2023 I teamed up with Josh Clendelin Yoga for our first ever Yoga Retreat in Clinton, UT
This is a space for the folks that work with me, help out with a lot of my camps, and provide support to Marq Up training missions, or provided the foundation of my learning and career. I am not responsible for their content, I can't guarantee they will always live up to my standards. But so far, they have done a great job and I can at least help you check them out!
Maryam Brown LMHC has provided peak performance mental coaching at Strength for Soccer Camp. She has some amazing resources available for athletes and anyone that needs their mind in the place to bring their best day in, day out!
I have been a Dugtik brand member since 2020, when Marq Up training really started to be my full time gig. They have brought together a wonderful community of soccer professionals, and helped us all "Plan to be great" giving us amazing tools like waterproof soccer planers, journals and pens. The most wonderful parts of my week are working with SeaTown FC! Check out their academy! I am currently coaching U9, but have coached the Goalkeepers as well. They are also launching a UPSL Semi-Pro Men's team this fall, and I will be helping with game day ops, nutrition and performance! If you ever wonder why I don't have weekday evening training times available, well its because I'm either with Sea Town or I am Strength Training the amazing Swimmers in Issaquah at IST. If your kid loves swimming and already knows all the strokes, have them try out and join the team and come see me at dryland training!
I was one of the first to have the pleasure of being mentored by Ivi Casagrande, who has worked in the NWSL, WSL, and for FIFA, as well as Brazil and Ireland WNT as a performance coach. Ivi is constantly working to improve the performance landscape in soccer, and has evolved her mentorship program to some absolutely amazing things!
