I come to you, I bring the equipment or use yours and train you in your home, at a park, or your team at the place they train and practice.
All Personal Training Clients must undergo an evaluation assessment session before they being training with me. I can assess no more than 2 people at one time. This will take 60- 90 mins.
a 60 minute personal training session tailored to your needs and your goals, for 1-2 people
a 60 minute training session for 3-5 people tailored to the goals and needs of the group.
a 60 minute training for 6-15 people tailored to a large group objective.
A guided in home training via skype or other internet modalities

a personal training plan for you to work on and carry out on your own without further training guidance. I will give you a one day work out plan, with recommended activities/ exercises and instructions on how to perform them, sets, reps, rest periods and the rest is up to you.
